TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. If any member’s professional rating remains below 4 stars for more than three (3) consecutive calendar months, that member will lose their seat and their rating will be refreshed under a new account status.

  2. Membership criteria, terms, and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of Utheversity.

  3. Performance rules will remain consistent for existing members, even if future updates occur.

  4. Members must maintain active engagement through participation, referrals, and adherence to community standards.

  5. Any member found misrepresenting their professional credentials, providing fraudulent referrals, or engaging in unethical behavior may face suspension or permanent removal.

  6. Members must keep their contact and verification information current and accurate at all times.

  7. All professional services offered through Utheversity must comply with applicable laws, ethical standards, and transparency policies.

  8. Utheversity reserves the right to review, audit, and verify any member’s performance metrics or referrals for accuracy and authenticity.

  9. Inactivity for a period exceeding six (6) consecutive months may result in account reclassification or deactivation.

  10. Participation in Utheversity programs signifies agreement to these terms and acceptance of our continuous improvement policies.

Utheversity Data Use & Transparency Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

At Utheversity, we believe transparency builds trust. This policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and manage data for members of our platform. Our goal is to create an ecosystem where members are rewarded for contribution and performance while maintaining privacy, control, and dignity.

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect information essential to verifying identity, improving engagement, and ensuring accurate member performance tracking.

Collected Information:

  • Verification Data: Full name, email, phone number, and government-issued ID (used solely for verification).

  • Membership Activity: Logins, course completions, forum posts, referrals, and engagement history.

  • Performance Metrics: Peer ratings, referrals, revenue shares, and contributions.

  • Transaction Data: Payments, service exchanges, and monetization activity through integrated processors (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or UthePay).

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device metadata (used for system security).

We do not collect sensitive biometric or location data, nor do we sell, rent, or share any user information with third parties.

3. Why We Collect It

Data collection serves three clear purposes:

  1. Verification & Security — to ensure members are real, verified individuals.

  2. Performance Tracking — to maintain accurate badge levels, ratings, and referral logs.

  3. Revenue Distribution — to apply monetization percentages fairly and automatically.

This data enables Utheversity to measure growth, support transparency, and protect the integrity of our professional ecosystem.

4. How We Use and Store Member Data

All data is encrypted and securely stored using SSL-certified systems and role-based access controls.

  • Access to your personal data is limited to Utheversity administrators and authorized verification partners.

  • Data used for analytics is aggregated and anonymized wherever possible.

  • Members’ public profiles only display approved, non-sensitive information.

Data is stored on Wix’s secure infrastructure and managed according to GDPR and CCPA privacy standards.

5. How Member Performance Data Works

  • Each verified member receives a unique Utheversity ID.

  • All engagement activity (views, comments, logins, referrals, peer reviews) links to that ID—not to personally identifiable details.

  • Ratings and referrals automatically feed into a member’s Performance Chart and Badge Ranking System.

  • A monthly accuracy review ensures fairness, and accounts below 4 stars for 3 consecutive months are reset.

6. Revenue & Monetization Accuracy

To ensure fairness and transparency:

  • Legend: Retains 90% of earnings

  • Icon: Retains 80%

  • Superstar: Retains 70%

  • Supporter: Retains 60%

  • Verified: Not eligible for monetization

Revenue is verified via secure payment partners, logged by Member ID, and subject to quarterly review for integrity and compliance.

7. Your Rights & Control

Utheversity members retain control over their data. You may:

  • Request access to your personal or performance data.

  • Request correction or deletion of inaccurate information.

  • Opt out of tracking that is not essential for core membership functions.

All requests can be submitted to privacy@utheversity.com.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically to reflect evolving systems or regulations. Changes will always be communicated via your registered email and published on our platform.

9. Ethical Commitment

Utheversity is built on transparency, trust, and service.
We do not manipulate rankings, ratings, or monetization data. Every score, badge, and payout is tied to verifiable contributions and engagement.
