  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Digital Products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

6. Down Payments, Deposits and Subscriptions


Down payments-

UTHEHAUL: Must be canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to receive a refund. Why. Our technicians are licensed contractors that are not dispatch by the hour, But by the job. When a member or non-customer schedules an appointment that request is routed to the nearest licensed contractor schedule. (Book of Appointments) Where then the Licensed contractor wallet is debited (Hold on funds to complete expectations) for the required preparations and estimations needed to fulfill the appointment and potential hire based upon the member or non-customer request of maintenance or repairs needed. Therefore if the appointment is not canceled within the 48 hours the licensed contractor loses an undisclosed fee and potentials.
