The Payout Vault Process operates on a structured 30–31 day monthly billing cycle to ensure accurate commission reconciliation, fraud prevention, and seamless electronic transfers.
Core Payout Mechanics & Schedule

Automated Monthly Transfers: All accrued earnings across TRIPLE AAA ($9.99/mo All-Access) and Individual App Plans are calculated at the end of each calendar month.

1st of the Month Disbursement: Payouts generated during the preceding 30–31 day period are automatically batched and queued for transfer on the 1st of every calendar month.

30-Day Holding Threshold: Commissions are subject to a standard 30-day clearing window aligned with subscriber retention and billing verification.
